He Fuqiang, pen name Biyan, style name Hanmin, art name Master of Moyuan Studio, studio name Moqu Studio, is from Gansu Zhuanglang, born in November 1964, with a college diploma. He is currently a member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, a member of the China Calligraphy and Painting Masters Research Association, a Level One Calligrapher at the China National Academy of Painting, a member of the Boshu Art Research Association of the China Association for the Promotion of Cultural Arts, a member of the Gansu Provincial Calligraphers Association, a member of the Beijing Huayi Calligraphy and Painting International Development Promotion Association, a member of the Shanghai Calligraphers and Painters Association, a researcher at the Ancient Chinese Huaisu Calligraphy Art Research Association, and a member of the Oriental Calligraphers Association.Since childhood, he has been deeply passionate about calligraphy art and specializes in running and cursive scripts. He initially learned from regular script and gradually expanded to running and cursive styles, taking as his mentors the famous works of historical masters such as Wang Xizhi, Wang Xianzhi, Zhang Xu, Huaisu, Sun Guoting, Mi Fu, and Wang Duo, studying them in his spare time. He has undergone correspondence study in calligraphy at the Shanghai Cultural Life Skills Specialized School and the China Calligraphers Association Calligraphy Training Center.
