  Li Bingcheng, male, born in June 1963, Han ethnicity, college graduate. He studied at Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts and has been a disciple of renowned masters such as Ouyang Zhongshi, Liang Shunian, Guo Yicun, Yao Zhihua, and Xiao Huan for many years, receiving their direct guidance and hands-on instruction. He is currently a National First-Class Artist and Associate Research Fellow, Vice President of the China National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, Council Member of the China Calligraphers and Painters Association, Honorary Chairman of the China Poetry, Painting and Calligraphy Alliance Website, Vice President of the CPPCC Academy of Painting, Honorary President of the August 1st Academy of Painting, Chief Artist of the World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, and Chief Expert Consultant of the International Chinese Artists Association... He has donated over 300 masterpieces to the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation, the China Disabled Persons' Federation, impoverished regions, and laid-off workers, and annually creates more than 500 free artworks for the public. He has donated paintings and calligraphy works along with nearly RMB 100,000 to impoverished families, dropout children, Mother Water Cistern projects, and other charitable causes. He frequently participates in cultural outreach programs to rural areas, having taken part in over a hundred national-level painting and calligraphy competitions organized by the Ministry of Culture, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, China Artists Association, and China Calligraphers Association, winning first prizes, excellence awards, gold medals, and more. He was awarded the Special Prize in the 2014 China Painting and Calligraphy Comprehensive Ranking & China Influence Top 500 Painters, ranked among the Top 500 Global Art Figures in 2016, and named an Innovative Painter with Brand Influence in 2018. The China Federation of Literary and Art Circles specially conferred upon him the title of "Virtuous and Artistic Master," while domestic and international art institutions, government agencies, academies, and associations have honored him with titles including "Most Influential Chinese Artist Worldwide," "Outstanding Cultural Heritage Promoter Who Moved China," "People's Artist," "Military Talent · Most Beloved Person of the Republic," "Influential Red Artist," "Charity Artist," "Love and Public Welfare Ambassador," "Chu Shuai Public Welfare Ambassador," and "Famous Painter and Calligrapher with Highest Academic Value and Market Potential." His works have been published in publications such as The World Journal, China Cultural Daily, China Painting and Calligraphy News, Fine Arts News, PLA Daily, China Youth Daily, Gansu Daily, and Gansu Literature and Art. His solo and group exhibitions have been successfully held multiple times at venues including the Military Museum of China, Xining, Chengdu, Tianshui, Yinchuan, and other locations. Selected works have been exhibited and collected in the United States, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, and other regions. Due to his outstanding achievements, he was awarded three Third-Class Merit Medals by the military and recognized as an Outstanding Artistic Creator. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Global Resources Network. In March 2018, he received the inaugural World Sage of Painting Award, the Second World Holy Fire Arts - Lifetime Achievement Award, and the World Holy Fire Arts Medal. His artistic biography and representative masterpieces have been included in the large-scale bilingual Chinese-English reference book, The World Directory of Notable Figures in Arts and Culture.
