Personal Profile

Wang Zhenlong, known as the Master of Beimo Studio, is from Tianshui, Gansu, and is a contemporary calligrapher and member of the China Calligraphers Association. He is currently a member of the China International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association, the China Hard-Pen Calligraphy Association, and the Tianshui Xihuang Ancient Land Calligraphy and Painting Academy. In 2018, he won the Merit Award in the National Calligraphy Impression Cup Calligraphy Competition!…… Since childhood, he has been deeply passionate about calligraphy art, diligently studying the works of masters such as Wang Xizhi, Wang Xianzhi, and Yu Youren. After more than twenty years of persistent pursuit and research into running and cursive script techniques, his works demonstrate profound brushwork and ink mastery, drawing on the essence of ancient and modern masters while seeking innovation within tradition. His brushwork is strong and forceful, his ink flow is rich and unrestrained, and his compositions are elegant and free-spirited.
