Peng Xiaofeng, male, Han ethnicity, born on February 4, 1966, from Pengjiachuan Village, Gonghe Town, Zhengning County; graduated from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 1999; his paintings and root carving works have been repeatedly published in provincial and national newspapers and magazines such as Gansu Farmers' Daily and Shaanxi Pictorial; he has participated multiple times in city, county, and provincial art exhibitions and won awards; in 2012, he planned, designed, and produced the bas-relief project for the former residence of Xi Zhongxun in Nanyi, Zhengning County, Qingyang City; in July 2016, he invested over RMB 600,000 to establish Qingyang Danqing Art & Craft Creation & Services Co., Ltd., the first of its kind in Qingyang City.
