Zhang Jipan, pen name Yunye, courtesy name Yifeng, studio name: Yongmo斋, native of Tunzi Town, Zhenyuan County, Gansu Province, a member of the Communist Party of China, born in 1974. Currently serving as a member of the Gansu Provincial Young Calligraphers Association; member of the Calligraphy and Painting Research Society of the China Calligraphers Association's Western Education Base; council member of the Chinese Hanlin Academy Calligraphers and Painters Association; member of Qingyang City Calligraphers Association; member of Qingyang City Rural Culture Research Association; vice chairman of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles of Tunzi Town, Zhenyuan County. Editorial board member of the magazine "Tunziyuan".
