Huang Zhirong, pen name Moyun, is from Jingning, Gansu, a member of the Communist Party of China, born in 1963, graduated from Chengdu School of Fine Arts. He is currently a council member of the China Artists Association, an academician of the China Art Creation Research Institute, a senior artist in petroleum fine arts of China, deputy group leader of the Ningxia working group of Zhujiang Literature and Art Publishing House, a member of the Gansu Artists Association, vice president of the CPPCC Academy of Painting, honorary president of the China Bayi Academy of Painting, a contracted painter of the China Art Herald, Auction Herald, Taiwan Academy of Painting, Guangzhou Academy of Painting, and Beijing National Academy of Painting, and chairman of the council of Qufu Hongru Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.
