Personal Profile

Zhang Xiuqin was born in 1971 in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. She is a National First-Class Artist, having graduated from the Advanced Research Class at Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts. She is currently a member of the China Color Ink Landscape Painting Art Association and a former member of the Color Ink Landscape Painting Association. She studied under the renowned color ink landscape painter Zeng Gang and the ice-and-snow painter Zhao Chunqiu. Zhang Xiuqin is passionate about painting with solid foundational skills; her color ink landscape paintings, ice-and-snow paintings, and blue-green landscape paintings have all been collected by individuals and corporations. Her artistic style is realistic and vivid, embodying the painting spirit of the new era!
