Huang Peiqin

 Huang Peiqin, a native of Xiamen with a college education, is a member of the Communist Party of China. She is currently a member of the Fujian Provincial Calligraphers Association and Xiamen Calligraphers Association, as well as an executive council member of the Xiamen Elderly Painting and Calligraphy Research Society. She serves as Vice President of the Xiamen Elderly University Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Vice President of Zhangxiong Painting and Calligraphy Institute in Xiamen, Executive Vice Principal of Siming District Songbai Elderly School, Calligraphy Instructor at Xiamen Workers' Cultural Palace (formerly Municipal Retirees' Association) Elderly University, Calligraphy Teacher for the adult division at Xiamen Women's and Children's Activity Center, and specially appointed calligraphy teacher at Xiamen Xiangyu Ciyang College.
