Chen Zhijian, male, native of Zhangpu County, Fujian Province, National Gift Artist, First-Class National Painter, Vice President of China Huaxia Ten Thousand Mile Journey Painting and Calligraphy Association, Member of China Calligraphers and Painters Association, Standing Director of China International Calligraphers and Painters Association, Standing Committee Member of Zhangpu County People's Congress and Director of the Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee, Secretary-General of Zhangpu County People's Congress Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Member of Fujian Provincial Artists Association, Member of Fujian Provincial Calligraphers Association. First Chairman of Fujian Education College Calligraphers Association. Graduated from the Law Department of Hunan University. His ink painting work "Pastoral Song" won the Outstanding Award (highest award) at the 2015 "Ink Pengcheng" National Freehand Chinese Painting Exhibition hosted by the China Artists Association.
