Personal Profile

Chen Zhen, born in 1986 in Fengting, Xianyou, Fujian.
Since childhood, he has studied Chinese painting, and later, upon recommendation by local artists, studied under the renowned painter Mr. Zhou Xiuting. He excels in Chinese painting, calligraphy, murals, and more; his landscapes, figures, and flowers-and-birds all capture vivid spirit. In particular, his landscape paintings reflect a unique understanding, and he has created numerous works with distinctive personal charm. While drawing inspiration from ancient and modern masters, he has also accumulated rich achievements through long-term creation and sketching from life. His works pursue profound ink texture, vibrant qi-yun, fresh and elegant elegance, and natural authenticity. His works have received high praise from senior artists and masters in the painting and calligraphy community!
