Personal Profile

Han Mingshan (formerly known as Han Fusheng), also known as Yuyang Shouweng.ShanxiA native of Yangqu County in the province, with a university education and retired cadre, he has loved painting and calligraphy since childhood. I am currently a member of Shanxi Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Association, a director of Taiyuan Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Association, a member of Shanxi Folk Literature and Art Association, an academician of Chinese Buddhist Calligraphy and Painting Academy, an academician of Fushan Calligraphy and Painting Academy, the executive vice president of Liu Bingsen Calligraphy and Painting Academy Taiyuan Branch, and the deputy secretary-general of Taiyuan Enterprise Federation Calligraphy and Painting Academy. In the late 1960s, I was fortunate enough to be a disciple of the famous flower and bird painter, Professor Yang Xiuzhen, a female disciple of the old man Bai Shi. Her paintings of fish, shrimp, crabs, peonies, plum blossoms, chrysanthemums, chicks, grass insects, etc. were carefully taught and recognized by Professor Yang. Calligraphy is mainly based on Hanli, with decades of experience in writing Hanli steles. His calligraphy and painting works have participated in various exhibitions at the provincial, municipal, and county levels multiple times. And it has been collected by multiple groups and individuals.
