Gao Jianlin, stage name Gao Lin, Dharma name Ru Jian Ju Shi, Nantang Pavilion Master,ShanghaiPeople. At present, he is a national first-class artist, a member of the China Arts and Crafts Association, a member of the China Artists Association, a member of the China Ink Painting Academy, a member of the Calligrapher and Painter Working Committee of the New Literature and Art Group of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, a member of the China Couplet Association, a senior art consultant of the People's Fine Arts Publishing House of China, and a national calligrapher. He has obtained the "National Professional Qualification Certificate for Calligraphers" issued by the former Ministry of Culture.ShanghaiPowerful calligrapher and painter, and awarded the honorary title of "100 Contemporary Calligraphy and Art Figures with Chinese Influence". His works have been selected for large-scale exhibitions at home and abroad multiple times and have won awards both domestically and internationally.
Gaolin Zu passed the imperial examination in the 13th year of the Chongzhen reign of the Ming Dynasty, and was later recommended by Li Ruolin to become an official in the Qing Dynasty. He rose to the positions of Minister of Personnel and Grand Academician, and was a famous Qing official during the Shunzhi period. He had extremely high achievements in calligraphy and poetry. As the tenth generation descendant of the Gao family's calligraphy, Gao Lin not only inherited the artistic essence and calligraphy legacy of the Gao bachelor, but also learned from the Chinese painting master Wu Hufan, as well as the "Four Great Masters" and "Four Kings of the Qing Dynasty" of the Diamond Yuan people. He drew on the strengths of others and enjoyed the same origin of calligraphy and painting. The Gao family has produced many famous calligraphers in the field of calligraphy and painting, including the contemporary renowned calligrapher Mr. Gao Shi Xiong. As peers of the same clan but with different collateral branches as Mr. Gao Lin, they are known as the "Two Highs" of the Shanghai calligraphy circle by their peers.
