Wang Hecheng

Wang Hecheng, male,ShandongA native of Tai'an City in the province, he is a renowned contemporary calligrapher, a national first-class calligrapher, and an artist who excels in both morality and art.

Mr. Wang Hecheng has been influenced by his family since childhood and has a great love for calligraphy art. I started working in 1977 and studied calligraphy at Renmin University. In 1983, I participated in a one-year hard pen calligraphy class organized by Professor Pang Zhonghua.

He successively studied under teachers such as Xu Zhaowei, Yun Shengji, Ni Hejun, and Zhang Zhihong. From beginner class, improvement class, research class to innovation class, I humbly learn, study hard, never stop at the edge of the pond, and work late at night. I have systematically studied and copied various styles of Kai, Xing, Li, and Cao, laying a solid theoretical and writing foundation.

近年来，其在书法领域的知名度和影响力与日俱增，作品在各大展览赛事、拍卖现场、报刊媒体等频频出现，作品得到了专业人士及藏家的一致好评。作品多次在《中国楷书选集》《中国行书选集》等大型刊物入选刊登。

2006年被授予“中国书画金奖艺术家”荣誉称号。
2011年荣获国家艺术大奖金奖，并被授予“中国民族杰出艺术家”荣誉称。
2014年荣获第五届“羲之杯”全国诗书画家邀请赛一等奖。
2020年9月参加第四届中华杯全国诗书画印大展赛获得金奖。
