宋国强，1982年出生山东，字墨石，号大鲁。东临印社社长。中国国家一级美术师，当代著名篆刻家，书法家,书画鉴定收藏家，易经风水学家。中国书法家协会会员，山东省书法家协会分会会员，中国书画家协会理事，香港艺术交流中心教授，中国非遗文化遗产传承人，世界教科文组织授予世界艺术大师称号，中国国家现代艺术研究中心终身名誉副主席，中国书画院高级院士。中南海国宾礼艺术鉴定评审委员会授予中国国宾礼特供艺术家，香港书画院特聘专家，丹青书画院院长，河北艺术学院客作教授。广州真迹文化有限公司特邀艺术顾问。中国艺术家官方网站授予民族文化艺术传播大使。

In 2003, I came to the renowned studio of Xiling Seal Engraving Society to learn seal carving. In 2005, I obtained a bachelor's degree in Calligraphy and Seal Carving from the China Academy of Calligraphy. After graduation, I enrolled in the graduate program at the China Academy of Art and received education from renowned masters such as Liu Jiang, Chen Dazhong, and Wang Yongjiang. At the same time, a personal calligraphy and seal carving exhibition was held at the National Art Museum of China in Beijing. The works created for him during the 2010 ASEAN Ten Countries Expo were collected by leaders of countries such as Thailand, Laos, and the Philippines. Beijing Winter Olympics Art Ambassador, invited to attend the opening ceremony during the Winter Olympics and create a series of calligraphy and seal carving works for the Winter Olympics. The China Philatelic Promotion Center, in collaboration with China Post, telecommunications departments, and minting institutions, has published and distributed the "Cultural and Ethnic Strong Theme Stamp Album", inviting Song Guoqiang to participate and produce his works into stamps for distribution.
