Yuan Jinghui, also known as Mo Chan Zhai Master, retired cadre. I am currently a creative researcher at the Chinese Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research AssociationInner MongoliaMember of the Ancient Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Association, member of the Tongliao Calligraphers Association, Deputy Director of the Calligraphy and Painting Working Committee Office of the Tongliao Elderly Sports Association, and Editor of the Tongliao Calligraphy and Painting Newsletter.

Yuan Jinghui was proficient in calligraphy at a young age, learning all styles, especially seal script. Since the 1970s and 1980s, his works have been published in local and national newspapers and magazines, and have won awards at various calligraphy and painting exhibitions in the city, autonomous region, and across the country. He has also held personal exhibitions multiple times and has been awarded the titles of "Most Influential Red Classic Artist" and "Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Artist" by departments such as the Chinese Academy of Arts. He has also been honored with the title of "Inner Mongolia Elderly Calligrapher and Painter" by the Autonomous Region Elderly Calligraphers and Painters Association.
