Li Weihua,HunanHe was born in Loudi and was known as Yihua. He was also appointed as Hanlin Zimo and his residence was called Mingming. Graduated from a craft and art college in 1989. His dignified, beautiful, lively and distinctive regular script owes much to his over 20 years of immersion in famous calligraphy works such as Yan Zhenqing, Chu Suiliang, and Ouyang Xun; His cursive script draws on the strengths of others, learns from the high standards of the Tang and Song dynasties, and seeks the essence of the Wei and Jin dynasties. He focuses on the calligraphy of great masters such as Wang Yizhi, Mi Fu, and Shen Yinmo, and his works are elegant, beautiful, and free spirited, forming their own style; The cursive script was the most diligent in Sun Guoting's "Shupu". For over 30 years, I have been obsessed with calligraphy art, constantly seeking teachers and friends. I have never stopped writing, and I am humble, peaceful, and low-key, dedicating half of my life to imitating the style of masters throughout history. Currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association; Member of Hunan Calligraphy Association; Member of Loudi Book Association; Director of Singapore Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute; Member of Boyue Poetry Society in Lengshuijiang City; Dean of Hunan Mingtang Calligraphy Academy; Member of the Chinese Couplets Association, etc. His works have won numerous awards and toured exhibitions in international and domestic calligraphy competitions, and many of his works have been collected by calligraphy collectors, celebrities, entrepreneurs, and calligraphy and painting institutions at home and abroad. In 2018, he was named one of the most collectible and noteworthy artists by the World Art Network.
