Liu Guoyuan, male, Han ethnicity, courtesy name Yuanzeng, Zhai name Ximoxuan, born in Kaifeng City in 1944, with a college degree, studied at Zhengzhou Postal and Telecommunications Vocational School in 1960; From a young age, he had a passion for calligraphy, painting, painting, and painting.
