Guo Shuliang, born in 1965Hebei ProvinceCurrently residingXinjiangHis calligraphy and painting works have won the Bronze Award at the 2nd China Dream Cup, the Silver Award at the 4th Yanhuang Cup Art Competition, the First Prize at the 5th Xizhi Cup National Calligraphers and Painters Invitation Competition, the Excellent Award at the 1st Silk Road Cup Competition, the Excellent Award at the Shenzhen Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Exhibition, the Best Style Award at the 2nd National Middle aged and Elderly Innovative Calligraphy and Painting Competition, the Excellent Award at the China Australia Twin Cities Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, the Best Work Award at the 7th China Folk Calligraphy and Painting Boutique Competition in 2018, and the First Prize at the 2019 Hanmo Fenghua National Poetry and Calligraphy Exhibition. The work was selected for the 2015 National Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting Works Selection, the 2015 Volume of the Representative Yearbook of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters, and the National Selection of Middle aged and Elderly Calligraphers and Painters. It was also included in the Brief Dictionary of Chinese and Foreign Calligraphers and Painters. I am currently a member of the Xinjiang Tori Calligraphy Association, the Chinese Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Society, and a first-class calligrapher at the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting.
