Personal Profile
Chen Hui, also known as Chunniu, is the owner of Renhe Zhai. He was born in March 1973 and graduated from the Correspondence University of Chinese Calligraphy. His works have participated in various competitionsHenanThe 21st and 22nd People's Calligraphy and Seal Carving Exhibitions of the Province won awards. He is a member of the Henan Calligraphers Association, an executive director of the Shunhe Hui District Political Consultative Conference Calligraphy and Painting Photography Research Institute, and a director of the Jinming District Calligraphy and Painting Academy in Kaifeng City. He is currently the director of the Enterprise Development Center in the Biandong Industrial Agglomeration Zone of Kaifeng City. Chen Hui is passionate about learning calligraphy and is fond of the traditional path. Initially, he learned from Tang Kai and Wei Bei, and often learned from Yan Zhenqing and Ouyang Xun. He learned from the ancient style but did not stick to it. He is fond of Han Bei, and has learned from the ancient style in places such as Zhangqian, Shimen, and Xiyue Huashan Temple. He is vigorous; Starting from the preface of the Holy Teachings, Xingcao, under the guidance of Zhang Xu, Huai Su, Su Shi, and Mi Fu, persisted in writing from morning to evening every day, respected tradition, and pursued ancient methods. When studying calligraphy, he never sought to be strange, but indulged in the natural beauty!
