Qi Yongkui, styled Shi Yan,Anhui ProvinceHe is a calligrapher and painter from Funan County, Fujian Province.

Heilongjiang ProvinceMember of the Provincial Calligraphy Association, Qiqihar Artists Association, Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, China Financial Calligraphy Association, Bank of China Calligraphy Association, Director of Qiqihar Calligraphers Association, Vice Chairman of Fulaerji District Calligraphers Association.

In 1974, he studied Chinese painting under the guidance of Mr. Ju Beishuo; In 1975, he studied oil painting under the guidance of Mr. Kang Zhongqin.

1992年在黑龙江省美术书法摄影大展获二等奖；

作品先后多次参加省市美术书法作品展，并被收藏。
