Li Baohua: Born in 1970, master of Duhu Zhai, senior calligrapher, purple clay culture expert, a thinker, a non-conformist, someone who never imitates others, and a person who has endured hardships yet still believes in the beauty of life. He reveres truth, goodness, and beauty, and strives to be a good person. He has herded cattle, taught school, and served in government. He has collected over three thousand teapots and founded the Duhu Zhai Art Museum. He has devoted more than twenty years to studying purple clay teapots and over thirty years to passionately practicing calligraphy, extensively copying steles and rubbings of Yan Zhenqing, Liu Gongquan, Ouyang Xun, Zhao Mengfu, the Two Wangs, Su Shi, Huang Tingjian, Mi Fu, Cai Xiang, and the Four Masters of the Song Dynasty, later advancing to Qin and Han dynasties, copying Jinwen, large seal script, Qin bamboo slips, Han bamboo slips, and Han clerical script, diligently studying and practicing with unwavering dedication, pursuing calligraphic mastery without seeking empty fame. He has published books such as "Appreciation of Contemporary Purple Clay Masterpieces" and "A Collection of a Hundred Artists and a Hundred Teapots," and has written hundreds of articles on tea culture and calligraphy art in newspapers and magazines, and has curated dozens of exhibitions on purple clay and calligraphy/painting art.
