Jia Jingshui

    Jia Jingshui was born in Beijing and began learning painting and calligraphy from his father at an early age. He is a formal disciple of Professor Jia Baomin from Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, and later studied under Liu Chunhong, Zhao Shusong, Xu Zhan, Li Chengyi, Chen Baodi, and others. He is currently a member of the Beijing Artists Association, a member of the Beijing Chinese Painting Research Society, and a council member of the Chinese Ink Research Institute. For many years, he has persistently pursued artistic excellence and boldly explored new avenues, specializing in floral and insect subjects. His works are festive and harmonious, brimming with auspicious symbolism. His artworks have been repeatedly invited to participate in art exhibitions and have won numerous awards.
