Qi Changqing, styled Yurun, art name Feimo. Holds a bachelor’s degree and has studied traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy for over 30 years. Renowned as the distinguished artist "Feimo." Recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Culture as one of the nation’s first batch of Senior Calligraphers in the cultural industry. Awarded the honorary title and medal of "Outstanding Painting and Calligraphy Artist" jointly by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Academy of Military Sciences, and other institutions’ elderly (university) painting and calligraphy research associations.
Organized jointly by the Art Education Committee of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, the Central Institute of Educational Research, the Culture Activities Department of the Organizing Committee of the 29th Olympic Games, the CCTV Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, and the education commissions of Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao, and other provinces and municipalities, the "Beijing 2008" National Youth and Children’s Painting, Calligraphy, and Photography Exhibition and Evaluation awarded him the First Prize (Youth Category) in Calligraphy. The Publicity Department of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China conferred upon him the certificate of "Classic Works of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting in the Past Half Century." The Organization Committee of the "Soul of China" Public Welfare Promotion Campaign awarded him the honorary medal of "People’s Artist Passionate about Public Welfare." His exhibited works were collected by the Organization Department of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles in 1997; in 2004, his works were collected by the National Museum of China and the Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture; in 2008, his works were collected by the Henan Provincial Department of Culture. His works were selected for the Chinese Peace Stele Forest and the 2008-meter-long Olympic Celebration Stele Forest. He has won first prizes (Gold, Special) in national painting and calligraphy exhibitions commemorating the 55th and 60th Anniversaries of the Founding of the PRC, the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the PLA, the 10th Anniversaries of the Hong Kong and Macao Reunions, and the 100th Anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution, and has been included in over a hundred reference works such as "Great Dictionary of Chinese Celebrities" and "Who’s Who in the World." His classic works have been donated to China’s "Project Hope," the China Charity Federation, and other public welfare causes. He has been invited multiple times to attend award ceremonies held at the Great Hall of the People and Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing. Special reports on him have appeared on Tencent, Jinri Toutiao, Gangyi, China Financial News Network, 21st Century Business Herald, and hundreds of online media outlets across provinces and cities.
