Hu Xianqing

Hu Xianqing, alias Hu Yun, male, born in May 1960, with high school education, 5 years of military life, laid a solid foundation for self-taught painting. Now residesBeijing, professional painter.
       After demobilization, Hu Xianqing worked at Shenzhen Academy of Painting for 5 years. He was professionally engaged in the replication of famous paintings. In 1996, he returned to his hometown and founded Hu Yun Gallery. His figures are vivid, and his commercial works are popular in hotels, KTVs and office buildings across the country, loved by citizens. In 1999, he first participated in the First Chinese National Calligraphy and Painting Competition for the "Shousheng Cup", and his oil painting debut "Children in Peace" created with his son as the subject won the second prize. He is now studying in the Advanced Research Class for Art Theory Research and Art Creation at the School of Visual Arts, Tsinghua University, and the Advanced Research Class for Green and Color Ink Landscape Painting by Shi Yunxiang!
       Hu Xianqing's participating works have won the "Learning Progress Award" in the 13th session (half-year full-time class) of the Advanced Research Class for Art Theory Research and Art Creation at the School of Visual Arts, Tsinghua University in the spring of 2016!
