		  Deng Shu, style name Bulaocao, born in 1956, is a first-class art professional of the country, vice president of the Chinese Laozi Calligraphy and Painting Academy, and concurrently serves as a visiting professor in the Chinese departments and schools of art of many universities at home and abroad. He is the honorary president of more than 20 calligraphy and painting academies in various provinces and cities across the country. He has been practicing calligraphy for over 50 years, published more than 20 monographs on literature and art, and is the founder of the 12 Chinese Zodiac Pictographic Calligraphy.
