Personal Profile

Wang Shixin, born in 1950, is from Luannan, Hebei. He joined the army in 1968, graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, a Communist Party member, serving in the General Staff of the Beijing Military Region with the rank of Major General.
