Personal Profile Kang Shugui (Hui ethnicity), a member of the Communist Party of China, was born on April 25, 1947. He is from Changying, Chaoyang District, Beijing. Since childhood, he has been deeply interested in calligraphy, and has studied calligraphy for more than 30 years.
