Personal Profile

Yu Xianghua, also known as Chuanhang, was born in Pingdu, Qingdao in 1979, and is currently based in Beijing, a free artist. He once studied art for five years at the China Academy of Art campus by the West Lake, and formed a mature painting style under the influence of the academy. Later, he went to Beijing for further study, and his footsteps can be found in Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, Central Academy of Fine Arts, and Tsinghua University. Many of his works are privately collected by friends at home and abroad. For twenty years, he has been devoted to the research of painting and teaching, and established Bajiu Art Education Consulting Co., Ltd. and Bajiu Art Research Institute. He has made great contributions to art education, and many students have been admitted to the eight major art academies such as the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
