Personal Profile

Zhang Xiaoyan, born in June 1968. She has been studying at the Nan Cheng Senior University since 2011, for a total of seven years. She has received good reviews from all levels, and many of her works have been published in magazines such as "The Great View of Paper Cutting" and "Red China" as well as online. In August 2017, she participated in the first training course for paper cutting inheritors at the Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage City. In September of the same year, her original work "Beautiful Hometown - Sixteen Scenic Spots of Nan Cheng" won the first prize in the Jiangxi Fuzhou Paper Cutting Competition, the second prize in the paper cutting walk show, and the third prize in the Year of the Rooster Online Competition. On December 6th of the same year, her individual paper cutting exhibition was a complete success, with a continuous flow of visitors who praised it and left messages for remembrance. In May 2018, she participated in the Tourism Development Conference, where her work was displayed in Fuzhou Wenchangli, receiving praise from leaders at all levels and foreign tourists.
