Yan Ruiling, female, born in Beijing in February 1958. Retired staff member of the Archives and History Bureau of Mentouqiao District, Beijing. In 1991, she participated in the "Tianjin City Maolin Calligraphy College" calligraphy distance learning program, and received a graduation certificate.
