 Jiao Guangming, Zi Hanmo, Hao Jianwei Zhai, is from Huangwangtou Village, Gaoyuanyuan Village Township, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. Deputy Chairman of the Wenyi Federation of Jincheng City District, a member of the People's Congress; senior [calligraphy and painting] expert of the Jincheng Municipal Committee; National First-Class Artistic Master of the Beijing People's Academy of Painting; Director of the Jincheng Workstation of the Calligraphy News; member of the Shanxi Calligraphers Association; former member of the China Calligraphers Association. Postgraduate student at the Open University of China's School of Calligraphy; Member of the Board of Directors of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute; Consultant of the International Artists Association.
        His works have been included in more than 50 world encyclopedias such as "History of Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy", "Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Excellent Collection", "Dictionary of World Contemporary Calligraphers, Seal Carvers and Engravers", "Encyclopedia of Chinese Art for the World Expo", "Collection of Works of the National Couplets Calligraphy and Painting Invitation Exhibition", and "Encyclopedia of Chinese Calligraphers and Seal Carvers of the 20th Century". His achievements were compiled by the Jincheng Municipal Committee into the book "I Love This Hot Land", and were also reported by multiple media outlets including the CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel, Europe Times, China Cultural Arts News, Youth Digest, Calligraphy News, China Painting and Calligraphy News, Calligraphy Guide, Art Research, Shanxi Economic Daily, Shanxi Daily, and Taihang Daily. In July 1985, he participated in the international calligraphy and painting competition held by the China Calligraphers Association with 18 countries and regions and won the Silver Award (Military Group); he received a personal comment from Mr. Qigong, the former chairman of the China Calligraphers Association, and was personally received by President Yang Shangkun. In August 1986, he participated in the first "Moyuan Qunfang" national grade-level calligraphy competition jointly held by the China Calligraphers Association and CCTV and won the First Grade Award. In July 1994, he was invited to participate in the exhibition of calligraphy and paintings by contemporary famous celebrities and was awarded the Excellence Prize. In October 1996, he won the Excellence Prize of the Second National "Yiyuan Cup" Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition to the Sea. In December 2001, he won the Gold Prize of the First Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Excellence Exhibition of the 21st Century hosted by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. In 2010, he won the award for calligraphy creation in the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition; won the Gold Prize of the Sixth "Jinding Cup" Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Competition. In November, he was invited by the Ministry of Culture to join a group to participate in the "Traditional Chinese Cultural Art Exchange in Paris" in six European countries. At the same time, his work "Oriental Crown" was permanently collected in the World Expo Museum and was made into a limited edition commemorative stamp by the National Post Bureau nationwide. In January 2011, his work was broadcasted on the "Spring Festival Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" of the CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel; in February, he won the First Prize of the Second National Poetry, Calligraphy, Painting, and Seal Carving Four-Excellence Competition; in March, he was invited to participate in the "Doctor Shi Jingyi Cup - Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Works Competition" and the Beijing巡回 Exhibition. In October 2012, his work participated in the 15th Contemporary Strength Calligraphers and Painters Auction, and was auctioned in Hong Kong. In May 2013, his work participated in the "Lishu Cup" Chinese Characters Calligraphy Creation Competition and won the Hundred Nomination Award. In August 2013, he participated in the "Huange Hun Dream China" National Calligraphy and Painting Art Competition and won the Second Prize of Calligraphy Art. In October 2014, he participated in the "Lixiang China" Ten-Person Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition at the Beijing Century Gallery. He was interviewed and featured in a special program by multiple media outlets including the CCTV Calligraphy and Painting Channel. In March 2015, he co-edited and published the book "Guoxue Diancang" with ten famous Chinese calligraphers, including Shen Peng and Ouyang Zhongshi; on November 1, he held the "Taixing Muzi" - Jiao Guangming Calligraphy Excellence Individual Exhibition at the National Library of China in Beijing; and the "Chinese Contemporary Calligrapher" Jiao Guangming Volume individual album was published by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles; CCTV and over 50 authoritative mainstream media outlets conducted comprehensive reports. In March 2016, he was specially interviewed by the Urban TV Station; in May, he was interviewed and broadcasted by the Jincheng TV Station's "Face-to-Face" program. In October 2017, he participated in the calligraphy exhibition in Han Cheng, Hubei, hosted by the national calligraphy stations of the Calligraphy News and won the Collection Award.
