Zhang Minghao

Zhang Minghao, born in February 1963, is from Feixi County, Anhui Province. He is currently a researcher at the Global Hanmo Cultural Arts Institute, a member of the Feixi County Artists Association, a member of the Hefei Folk Arts Research Association, chairman of the Dengta Lion Dance Team in Shangpai Town, Feixi County, a journalist for the China Tourism Image Magazine, a member of the China Tourism Image Association, vice president of the China Poetry and Painting Association, and a county-level intangible cultural heritage inheritor. He has participated in the CCTV No.7 "Rural World" program, and has been tracked and reported by Xinhua News, Anhui Net, Anhui TV, Feixi TV, and other media.
      His works have participated in the "Calligraphy and Painting Competition for Overseas and Domestic Calligraphers and Painters on West Lake Stele Body in China", the "Hefei Three Counties and One Suburb Spring Festival Calligraphy and Painting Joint Exhibition", the "Ink of Famous Cities, Beauty of Hefei" Chinese Painting Small Works Fine Exhibition; the Second Session of "Lakes Ink Rhythm, Five Religions Shine Together" Hefei Religious Spring Festival Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition; the "Feixi Happy Art Exhibition". His works have been awarded in the Great Hall of the People Hotel, the National Conference Center, the CPPCC Auditorium, and the Water Cube Hall. His works have been selected for several "Hongping Cup" China Chongyang Calligraphy and Painting Exhibitions, and the "Thousand Calligraphy and Painting Works" online exhibition. His works are included in "Contemporary Masters' Records" and "The Representative Works of Contemporary Chinese Literature and Art". He once won the third prize in the Second Anhui Provincial Buddhist Association Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition. In 2016, he was awarded the title of "National Cultural and Art Advanced Worker".
     In 2017, he was awarded the title of "National New Era Cultural Pioneer". In 2017, he won the second prize in the "National Poet-Painter Creation Annual Picture" competition. In 2017, he was granted the title of "People's Artist of the Republic". In 2017, he won the gold prize in the "National Senior Citizens' Calligraphy and Painting Creation Exchange Symposium". The first prize in the 9th "Yizhi Cup" National Poetry and Painting Invitation Competition. In 2017, he appeared on the "Anhui Daily" Rural Edition and "Feixi Daily", causing a strong reaction in the industry and receiving widespread praise.
     In 2018, he appeared on Xi Zhi Calligraphy and Painting News, Calligraphy News, China Calligraphy and Painting News, Sudden Reading Magazine, Cai Feng China, and Art Grand View. In 2018, he participated in the "Third Hefei Religious Community Spring Festival Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition" and donated his works to religious collections. In 2018, he won the gold prize in the 11th China Chongyang Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition, "Calligraphy News, Painting and Landscapes". In 2018, his artistic achievements were selected for the 2018 China Contemporary Calligrapher Online Project, permanently collected by China Calligraphy and Painting Guide Network, Global Art Network, Calligraphy and Painting Master Network, Contemporary Literature and Art Network, Sohu Network, etc. In 2018, he was appointed as a "Special Appointed Calligrapher and Painter" of the Anhui Contemporary Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute.
