Zhang Hua, male, pen name Zixuan, Manchu, Zhenglan Banner. Born at 1 a.m. on December 26, 1982, from Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province! Currently resides in Beijing. CPC member, university educated, EMBA from Tsinghua University. Worker of the "Three Rural Issues" under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Agricultural Commission), Deputy Director of Urban-Rural Integration. Studied the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee at the Cultural and Tourism Department of the CPC Central Committee. Participated in the "Chinese Landscape Painting Creation Technique Research Class" at the Central Academy of Fine Arts Management Cadre College. Participated in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th China Integrity Culture Calligraphy and Painting Tour Exhibitions, the Exhibition Commemorating Mao Zedong's Birthday, the Excellent Works Exhibition Celebrating Confucius' Birthday (2570th Anniversary), and the Sino-Korean Cultural Exchange Exhibition.
