Personal Profile

Fu Haihao (ID card name: Fu Haihao), from an early age received education from his grandfather, Fu Wenqing, learning calligraphy. In 1982, he successively learned brush calligraphy by copying red models and tracing from teachers Wang Shuhua and Li Xiuzhen. In 1984, he joined a calligraphy group organized by Teacher Yi Juyuan. In 1986, he studied Liu-style calligraphy, watercolor painting, and sketching under the guidance of Teacher Li Baoshan. From 1989 to 1992, he was admitted to the art class at Shunyi Normal School, where he studied Chinese painting, watercolor, sketching, calligraphy, and seal carving under the instruction of teachers Tian Zhaofeng, Xin Jiafeng, Zhang Weijing, Liu Zongbao, and Wu Guanghui. From July 1992 to July 1996, he worked as an art teacher at Yinjiatang Primary and Middle School in Shunyi District. In 1993, he became an academician at Zhongyuan Art Academy. From September 1996 to July 2000, he pursued a junior college degree in Chinese language at Capital Normal University. From September 2000 to July 2003, he studied law at Beijing Municipal Party School, earning a bachelor's degree. In 2010, he was taught by Zong Yanfu. In 2011, he joined the Beijing Calligraphers Association, receiving guidance from Yang Guangxin and Jia Wenlong. In 2012, he participated in the "Grand Freehand Bird-and-Flower Painting Training Class" broadcasted by Central Digital Channel, serving as a class committee member and studying under the tutelage of Guo Shifu. In 2013, he received instruction from Liu Cunhui. From 2014 to the end of 2017, he served as a Chinese painting instructor at Shunyi Senior University, teaching freehand bird-and-flower painting. In late 2015, he joined the Shunyi District Retired Cadres Art Association. In 2016, he became a member of the Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Alliance's Art Committee, a member of Guo Shifu’s Circle of Friends, and a member of Xishe Painting Society. On June 28, 2017, he was rated as a National First-Class Artistic Professional in calligraphy and painting. In August 2017, he was elected Vice Chairman of the Shunyi District Artists Association in Beijing.
