Zhang Fengjie, female, Han ethnicity, born in Beijing in 1963, holds a bachelor's degree. Formerly served as Deputy Director of the External Relations Department of the China Artists Association for Exchange and Cooperation, currently serves as Secretary-General of the Cultural Ministry's Zhongyi Qingyun Painting and Calligraphy Academy and Vice President of the Beijing Ziyunzhai Painting and Calligraphy Academy. She has loved painting since childhood and specializes in small free-style bird-and-flower paintings. She was awarded the "Virtue and Excellence" certificate personally presented by Mr. Liao Jingwen. In 2014, she curated the "Ink and Wash New Meaning" exhibition, which received support and praise from Mr. Xu Qingping, son of Xu Beihong. In 2016, commissioned by the Beijing Municipal Agricultural Commission, she organized artists to conduct field sketching in rural areas, creating a series of artworks reflecting the beautiful new countryside of Beijing, which were exhibited at the Temple of Agriculture with enthusiastic public response and high commendation from leaders of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee. Over the years, through learning and exchanges with renowned artists and masters, her painting skills have significantly improved. Her works have been exhibited at venues such as the Beijing Nationalities Palace, the Beijing Century Art Museum, and the China Art Museum. Many of her works have been collected by individuals and institutions and sold to South Korea and Japan. Additionally, as a registered public welfare volunteer, she regularly participates in activities at nursing homes and community elderly stations, striving to contribute more to society.
