Lu Yi, currently resides in Beijing. National First-Class Fine Artist. Member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, Council Member of the World Chinese Artists Association, Member of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, Hebei Provincial Association of Fine Arts, and Hebei Provincial Association of Calligraphers. For many years, he has been engaged in artistic creation and art editing work. Selected as one of the "333 Talent Project" of Hebei Province in the New Century, and enjoys special government allowances. Special Artist of the Art Development Center under the Ministry of Culture. His paintings such as "Rain-Washed Sail," "Evergreen of Taihang Mountain," and "Leap Over the Dragon Gate," as well as calligraphy works like "Ocean Embraces All Rivers," "Harmony Among People Leads to Prosperity," and "Goodness Is Like Water," have been presented as national gifts to foreign heads of state.
