Liu Junsheng, a native of Beijing, graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of China's Art and Calligraphy Correspondence University in 1990. He is currently a Council Member of the China Artists Association, Vice Secretary-General of the China Cadre Art Research Institute, Council Member of the Art Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Overseas Associations, member of the China Landscape Painting Research Society, member of the Beijing Bird-and-Flower Painting Research Society, member of the Beijing Hush社 Painting Society, Academician of the Capital Entrepreneurs Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting Academy, Council Member of the Beijing Workers' Art and Calligraphy Association, and a specially appointed painter at Beijing Hanchenxuan Gallery.
    Liu Junsheng has loved art since childhood, studying under landscape painter Chen Weixin and bird-and-flower painter Nie Jinyuan. He specializes in landscape and bird-and-flower painting, dedicating over thirty years to diligent practice and receiving guidance from renowned artists such as Xu Beiting, Lou Shibai, Bai Xueshi, Long Rui, Zhang Shijian, and Cui Songshi. His works emphasize the harmony between brushwork and ink interest, achieving balance between ruggedness and elegance. Over one hundred of his paintings have been published in more than ten national newspapers and magazines. His work "Cool World" is collected by Beijing Rongbaozhai, while "Lotus Pond Graceful Shadow," "No Self," "Holy Land," and "Purple Qi Rising from the East" are collected by the Inner Mongolia People's Congress, Nanshan Temple and Pagoda Forest at Wutai Mountain Buddhist Holy Site, and Qingtong Mountain Taoist Holy Site in Ningxia, respectively. In 2002, his painting "Lonely Road" was collected by the famous Hong Kong collector Shi Jingyi. In January 2008, he held a solo exhibition in Beijing.
