Cao Yong, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1965, originally from Jinzhou, Liaoning Province, currently residing in Fangshan District, Beijing.
Graduated from the China Academy of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, he is a member of the Hebei Provincial Youth Artists Association, a researcher at the Hebei Province Overseas and Domestic Famous People and Enterprises Exchange Association, and currently a member of the China Artists Association.
He has loved China's cultural treasures since childhood, especially calligraphy. For many years, he has diligently studied classical Chinese culture. Under the careful guidance of renowned artists Xing Dong and Wu Haitao, and by repeatedly studying famous calligraphy works, he has developed his own unique style, refining his calligraphy art to an exquisite level.
In 1997, he participated in the Hong Kong Return Art Exhibition Invitation Competition, receiving the "Nomination Award," and in 1999, he received the "Commemorative Award" in the Macao Return Art Competition, earning praise from professionals. He also donated artworks as part of the China-sponsored "Million Empty-Nest Elderly Care Volunteer Service Action," with his works widely collected both domestically and internationally.
