Personal Profile
Luo Jinghao, styled Chian, studio name Zhuchan, graduated from China West Normal University. He began learning calligraphy under Ouyang Song, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, focusing primarily on Li script. Later, he studied Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi’s regular script under Li Zhan, a military calligrapher, member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and political officer at the General Armament Department of the PLA. Currently, he is refining Tang dynasty regular script under Wang Xu, a member of Xi Chu Tang, with a primary focus on Zhong Yong’s Thousand Character Classic, extending to Tang-style regular script. He particularly admires Tang dynasty Buddhist sutra manuscripts and has profound insights into small regular script sutra styles.
