Feng Tiesheng, born in Beijing in 1963, developed a passion for calligraphy from an early age due to his father's influence.

He was formerly a member of the Chinese Association of Hard-ink Calligraphers, a special correspondent for the "Hard Ink Calligraphy Newspaper," and a contributor to the "China Information Newspaper" and "Beijing Statistics."

His hard ink calligraphy works were successively selected for the first National Exhibition of Hard Ink Calligraphy Artworks, the "Hua Tuo Cup" International Exhibition of Hard Ink Calligraphy Artists' Masterpieces, and won awards in the "Luhua Cup" China Fountain Pen Writing Grand Prix and the "Huohua Cup" National Hard Ink Calligraphy Competition. His works have been exhibited in Hong Kong, Macao, Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Urumqi, as well as in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and other regions and countries.

Biographical information has been included in major reference books such as "Directory of Contemporary Chinese Hard Ink Calligraphers," "Selected Masterpieces of Famous Chinese Hard Ink Calligraphers," and "Selected Works of Chinese Hard Ink Calligraphers." He has published two collections: "Ethical Aphorisms" and "Root Stone Poetry, Calligraphy, Photography, and Collection Appreciation." These publications are permanently housed in the library of the Tan Ying Subdistrict Office in Miyun District. Some of his calligraphy works are collected by enthusiasts; among them, hard ink calligraphy works have been included in collections by the Nantong Branch of the Chinese Association of Hard Ink Calligraphers, the Guangdong Branch, the Red Palace and Red Field Old Site in Haifeng County, Guangdong, Zhen Foshan, Wumo Studio, and others. Some works have been adopted by local websites. Calligraphy on leaves was published in "Weather Beijing."

His literary works have been published in newspapers and periodicals such as the "Beijing Daily," "Jingjiao Daily," "China Food News," "Labor Noon News," "Beijing Statistics," and the "Hard Ink Calligraphy Newspaper."

He actively utilizes blogs and WeChat groups to promote fine traditional Chinese culture, makes friends widely, exchanges ideas, draws on diverse strengths, and achieves new progress in his calligraphy art.

He focuses on systematic research into stone collection, poetry, photography, and antique collecting, forming a unique artistic style of his own.
