Jieya

     Jie Ya, styled Lianjun, alias the Master of He Yu Xuan, is a传承er of Qi Baishi's art.  Research Fellow at the National Ethnic Painting Academy, member of the Central National Organs Calligraphy Association, member of the Chinese Women Painters Association, and art tutor for the "Republic Ceremony Artillery Unit"; has received honorary titles such as "Chinese National Gift Image Ambassador" and "China-Africa Friendly Artist," with her works frequently selected for important international and domestic exhibitions and winning awards. In 2015, she was selected for the "Milan Expo — China Art Exhibition" and won the Gold Medal; In April 2016, she was selected for the "6th China Painting Festival"; On May 16, 2016, her ink paintings "Peace Pigeon" and "Mountain Dian Dan Blooming" were exhibited at the "Sustainable Development Civilization and Love" Painting Art Exhibition jointly organized by the United Nations, the National Ethnic Culture Palace, the National Ethnic Painting Academy, and the Chinese Association for International Exchange of Ethnic Minorities; In April 2017, the exhibition "He Feng Sheng Shi" (Prosperity of Lotus Breeze) featuring Jie Ya’s fine calligraphy and painting works was selected for the "7th China Painting Festival"; In September 2017, her ink painting "Gao Zhan Yuan Zhu" (Far-Sightedness) and a series of small works were exhibited at the "Singing to Our Motherland" National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition co-organized by UNESCO China National Working Committee and World Treasure International Cultural Arts (Beijing) Co., Ltd.; In April 2018, the exhibition "Hui Feng He Chang" (Breezy Harmony) featuring Jie Ya’s new works from the Year of the Dog was selected for the "8th China Painting Festival"; In December 2018, her ink painting "Peace" was selected for the First Central National Organs Calligraphy and Painting Masters Exhibition; In April 2019, the exhibition "He He Gong Mei" (Harmony in Lotus Beauty) featuring Cao Jieya’s lotus paintings was selected for the "9th China Painting Festival"; In May 2019, her ink painting "He He Gong Mei" and cultural products including a pillow "Hong Yun Man Tang" (Full of Good Fortune) and a Suzhou embroidery scarf were exhibited at the Beijing World Horticultural Exposition; In May 2019, her works were exhibited at the "Light of China" Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition hosted by the China International Cultural Exchange Promotion Association; On July 17, 2019, her ink painting "He He Gong Mei" was exhibited at the "Song to Mother — Chinese Women Painters Exhibition" hosted by the Chinese Women Painters Association; On August 16, 2019, her works "Qing Feng Zheng Qi" (Clear Wind and Righteousness) and "Ben Zhi Bai Shi Chui Yu Hou Kun" (A Branch of Hundred Generations, Passing Prosperity to Descendants") were exhibited at the International Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition hosted by the China International Cultural Promotion Center; On December 26, 2020, she received the "Special Contribution Award for Calligraphy and Painting Art Development" under the title of "Global Chinese Influential Figure"; On December 27, 2020, her ink painting work was exhibited at the "10th China Painting Festival"; For many years, her outstanding works have been exhibited in important venues such as the Milan Expo, Beijing Expo Park, Beijing World Horticultural Exposition, the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Hall, the National Ethnic Culture Palace, Rongbaozhai in Beijing, Yuanmingyuan (Old Summer Palace), and the Yanhuang Art Museum. Jie Ya's artworks have been collected as national gifts by embassies of numerous countries including the United Nations, France, Romania, Milan, Jamaica, Pakistan, Malawi, Ethiopia, Ecuador, Morocco, Azerbaijan, South Sudan, Senegal, Mali, and others, as well as by political figures, diplomats, and are widely collected by institutions such as Yuanmingyuan, the National Ethnic Culture Palace, the Republic Ceremony Artillery Unit, Shijiazhuang Tobacco Factory, renowned entrepreneurs both domestically and internationally, and social organizations worldwide.
