Li Xianlong

Li Xianlong, Associate Professor, was born in 1953 into an artistic family; his father, Li Wancheng, formerly served as Director of the Fine Arts Department at Jilin Academy of Fine Arts. He has been passionate about painting since childhood and graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Beijing Institute of Education. He is currently a Standing Director of the Central Government Agencies Artists Association and a member of the Beijing Society for Art Education Research. He previously taught Chinese painting at the elderly universities of the All-China Women's Federation, the Ministry of Transport, the General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and the Ministry of Agriculture. He is currently a Chinese painting instructor at the elderly universities of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, as well as at the Beijing Electronic Science and Technology Institute.
