Personal Profile

Xu Zhilin, male, born on October 1, 1965 in Shunan, Hefei City, Anhui Province, descendant of the Xu family of Nanzhou Hall of Donghai County, with higher secondary education, pen name: Wenzhu, elegant title: Master of Xiuzhu Studio. Joined the army in 1983 in the 16th Logistics Department of the Nanjing Military Region, and practiced calligraphy in his spare time. In 2013, he became a student of Professor Zhu Jianhua from the School of Art, Nanjing Normal University, systematically studying various styles of calligraphy. He deeply understands the saying "Once a master is invited in, the cultivation depends on the individual" in the "sea of ink and brush", and has never been negligent regardless of the season. His works have participated in many calligraphy exhibitions in Nanjing and its districts, and have won awards.
Currently the legal representative and general manager of Nanjing Guquan Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., vice chairman of the Nanjing Xu Family Association, secretary-general of the Nanjing Xu Family Famous People Calligraphy and Painting Academy, vice secretary-general of the Railway Troops Calligraphy Academy of the Chinese Military Culture Research Institute, member of the Jiangsu Province Ancient Painting Research Association, and an invited calligrapher of the Yangtze Evening News Collection Club.
