Shao Xueliang

Art Resume: Shao Xueliang, the master of Sanle Hall. Born in 1954 into a family with a scholarly tradition. He has been passionately devoted to Chinese painting and calligraphy since childhood. He studied under the renowned Chinese painters Wang Shaohua, Xu Zhan, and Liu Cunhui. He is skilled in flower-and-bird paintings, with a focus on peonies. Some of his works have been exhibited at the International Cultural Arts Center in the United States, Washington Art Gallery, Ural Art Gallery in Russia, West Bay River Art Gallery in Hong Kong, Jiuriimi Art Museum in Anhui. His works are collected by the Cultural Relics Protection Center of Huaxia Culture, the Institute of Chinese Cultural Heritage, the International Cultural Arts Center in the United States, Washington Art Museum, Ural University in Russia, Chen Cheng Memorial Hall in Taiwan, Kaohsiung Normal University, the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Spring Festival Gala, and individuals from home and abroad. He was selected as a featured figure on the "World Outstanding Chinese Artists" postage stamps. He was awarded the title of "Excellent Figure in Anhui Culture Innovation." He has participated in numerous domestic and international exhibitions and has won awards.
