Personal Profile

Zhao Qiankai, native of Anhui, is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the Central National Organs Calligraphers Association, Vice President of the China Military and Travel Painting and Calligraphy Academy and Director of the Anhui Branch, Deputy Secretary-General of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Famous Artists Calligraphy and Painting Academy. He is a calligraphy advisor for the third China Painting and Calligraphy Spring Festival Gala. He won the Public Welfare Contribution Award at the third China Painting and Calligraphy Spring Festival Gala. He was a student of the famous calligrapher Li Duo, and has specialized research and unique innovation in Li Duo's calligraphy. His works have been broadcast on the Central Digital TV Calligraphy Channel, the Central Education TV Station, Jilin Satellite TV and other television stations, as well as published in newspapers and periodicals such as the "Calligraphy News". His works are collected by calligraphy enthusiasts both internationally and domestically.
