Hu Changliang, male, born in 1977 in Xiaoxian County, Anhui Province, is a member of the Chinese Gongbi Painting Association, (applying for membership of the China Artists Association), member of the Anhui Artists Association, vice secretary-general of the Xiaoxian Artists Association, and deputy director of the Xiaoxian Cultural Center.
He has studied at the Anhui Arts School and the China Academy of Art.
His works have been exhibited in the Suzhou Art Museum, Tonglu Art Museum, Zhejiang Art Museum, and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Hall, among other places.
