Li Kaiping, pen name Moshu, Dalongshanren, is from Anqing City, Anhui Province. He is a senior instructor for the National Arts and Calligraphy Level Examination, a senior registered teacher for standard character writing, and the designated calligrapher for on-screen subtitles on Jiangsu Satellite TV. He is a member of the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Association. From a young age, he has been deeply interested in painting and calligraphy, never ceasing to practice. His calligraphy focuses especially on the works of Wang Xizhi, Wang Xianzhi, and Mi Fu, as well as the Northern Wei stele inscriptions. He initially studied the "Jieziyuan Tu Pu" for his painting, and later explored the works of painters from the Song, Ming, and Qing dynasties. Over the past four decades of study and practice, he has continuously explored and improved himself, achieving remarkable results. He has won several awards, including the National Anti-Epidemic Large Calligraphy Online Exhibition, and has nurtured countless students.
