Le Yuping

Le Yu Ping, born in 1960, after going down to the countryside, joining the army and working, has mostly engaged in publicity and secretarial work. In 1987, he graduated from the first class of China's Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence University. Since childhood, he has been passionate about calligraphy. In that era, he often regarded writing various wall newspapers, blackboard posters, and large slogans as his pleasure. In his spare time, he extensively practiced the works of Yan, Liu, Ou, Zhao and other steles and scrolls. At that time, there was a lack of learning materials, so he often went to bookstores in Shanghai, Nanjing and other places to search for them, and visited teachers such as Yang Shangmo, Min Xiangde, and Ren Zheng multiple times. Old master Lin Sanzhi encouraged him with his Yan-style calligraphy: "Dedication to this style can lead to success."       In the early 1980s, his works were exhibited multiple times within and outside the province. He was among the first to join the Chao Lake City Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Calligraphers' Association. Now he is a member of the Chinese Couplets Society, the Chinese Poetry Society, and the Chinese Calligraphers' Association. Secretary of the Hong Kong, China Bamboo Temple Forest Art Academy, etc.                                           In recent years, his works have been loved and collected by many calligraphy and painting enthusiasts. His works have been published multiple times in calligraphy and painting newspapers. He has been given special reports and recommendations by more than a hundred mainstream media outlets such as People's Daily Online, CCTV Network, Tencent, Baidu, and Toutiao. In 2017, he won the silver award in the "First National Silk Road International Gift Cup Calligraphy Competition" and was awarded the title of "Silk Road Cultural Ambassador". In April 2018, his works were exhibited at the "18th International Art Exchange Conference" in Japan and won an award. In the same year, July, through the joint evaluation of the National Virtue and Art Dual Excellence Art Evaluation Committee and the Huaxia Brand Center, he was awarded the title of "Artist with Virtue and Artistic Excellence". In early 2019, he participated in the "9th National Great Wall Cup Calligraphy Competition", etc.
