Zhang Baoyin
Personal Profile
Zhang Baoyin, male, born in 1958, from Shou County, Anhui, studied under the famous flower and bird painter Mr. Long Weiyin, has been diligently painting for decades, his works have smooth lines and vigorous brushwork. He is an academician of the China Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a vice president of the China Huaihe Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and a standing committee member of the Su Bei Research Institute of the China International Arts Research Center.
In 1985, he participated in the "Two Huai New Star Painting and Calligraphy Joint Exhibition" (Huainan, Huaibei);
In 2009, he participated in the exhibition hosted by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China;
In 2012, his work was awarded the gold prize in the "National Retired Cadres, Retired Generals, Retired Party Members, Retired Soldiers, Senior Experts, Senior Teachers, Retired Workers, Model Workers, and Elderly Painting and Calligraphy Works Invitation Exhibition in Beijing" ;
In 2017, he was selected to participate in the "Celebrating the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 90th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army" hosted by the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy News;
In 2017, he won the gold prize in the national painting and calligraphy exhibition commemorating the 124th anniversary of Chairman Mao's birth;
In 2018, he won the silver prize in the "National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition in Jinggangshan".
