Personal Profile

Yang Shouping, style name Yiran, pseudonym Shizhu Mountain Man, is from Xiuning County, Huangshan City, Anhui Province. A national first-class art master. Holds the title of craftsman and senior art master.

Currently:
Member of China Guodian Calligraphy and Painting Academy;
Vice President of Guodian Calligraphy and Painting Academy's Huangshan Branch;
Secretary of Huangshan Huamo Calligraphy and Painting Academy;
Board Member of Huangshan Baihua Calligraphy and Art Academy;
Member of Xinxian Calligraphy and Painting Academy.

Artistic Introduction:
I have been studying art since childhood, with a career as a fashion designer, while devoting my spare time to diligent research and love for calligraphy and painting. I have consistently practiced hard day after day, mastering the techniques through hand and mind, constantly expanding my artistic space.
My works have participated in major exhibitions at the county, city, and even national levels multiple times. They are widely collected by people from all walks of life at home and abroad, as well as by Guodian Calligraphy and Painting Academy and relevant units at the county and city levels.

Artistic Achievements:
In September 2018, my work was included in the large commemorative postage stamp album "In Memory of the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up".
In November 2018, my work participated in the "In Memory of the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up" painting competition held by Xiuning County Party Committee Propaganda Department and the Literary and Art Federation, and won the third prize.
In January 2019, my work was selected for the Huangshan City Calligraphy, Painting and Photography Exhibition.
In August 2019, my work was included in the large commemorative postage stamp album "In Memory of the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China".
In July 2020, my work participated in the nationwide "Anti-Epidemic Calligraphy and Painting Competition" and won the third prize.
In September 2020, my work participated in the fourth national "China Cup" Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition and won the second prize (Best Creation Award).

Public Welfare Activities:
In 2020, during the pandemic, I actively participated in the charity donation activities against the epidemic. I donated calligraphy and painting works to the "Fighting Epidemic, Supporting Wuhan" activity of the Hubei Provincial Branch of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association; I also donated calligraphy and painting works to the "Epidemic Prevention Charity Donation" activity of the Gansu Provincial Charity Association. In addition, my works also participated in the online exhibition "Artists Joining Hands to Fight the Epidemic" organized by Beijing Hanmo Art Academy and New China Art Network.
